Chickpeas Chaat

This is really simple and very delicious..

Agam and I are making best use of the Navratra season to go veggie for 9 days and do some type of a detox – raw,grilled, steamed veggies and fruits. No meat, No Alcohol and No Coffee (Ouch)

So Chickpeas Chaat includes

Chickpeas – Boiled
Cucumber – chopped
Red Onions – chopped
Coriander – chopped
Tomatoes – chopped
Green Chilies – chopped
Cumin Powder -1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 lemon

Mix it all together and enjoy this chunky salad.. you can do the same to Red Kidney Beans and Lentil sprouts.
