Greens frittata

Saute Kale, Spinach, Broccoli, Mushrooms and Spring Onions in Olive oil with some garlic slices. Add pepper and salt to taste. Cook veggies.
Beat 4 eggs and add 21 Salute Seasoning from TJs, some cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper. 
Mix the two together and add some fresh coriander and green onions.
Bake at 350 F for 20min.
