January – Committments

One month down. 11 more to go. To what? Dn’t know. Until the year changes again.

I had a decent January. I mean the last week was intense and stupid. But I was resolute with 39 workouts, 300,000 steps, no coffee after 3p – 100% of the days, morning stretches – 40%; eat out/order in 20%; and 8 hr sleep cycle – 60% of the days.

Let’s kick off February!
