Leadership in the longer run becomes more about asking the right questions, than knowing the right answers. You only get there by observing good leaders and also by working with good people who you can trust will get to the answer. And for that equation to work out – trust is the single key. I find it hard to trust all people. I think I want to learn to do that. until then – trust but verify should do the trick. 😉
