Simple goals

I’ve run 40miles in January thus far. My goal is to get to running 100miles a month by the end of this year. Ambitious? Absolutely. But it’s just January 18th, today! So there is so much to train and so much stamina to build.

What a delightful long weekend. We did not do anything that we planned. And the best part is that I am still on break. I took tomorrow off since Tara has a day off. So we plan to do something awesome – go to Trader Joe’s and then pack our lunch and go eat outside in the park next to our house. Simple joys!

Tara also has a blood draw in the morning tomorrow, but I am trying not to think about it.
