Egg muffins in hash brown cups 

I love egg muffins. Especially since they are easy for Tara to hold in her hands.

3 eggs

Bacon crumbles – 1/3 cup

Peas and carrot chopped – 1/3 cup

Salt 

Flattened Hash browns – 12

Beat the eggs

Cook the bacon, peas and carrots together and mix it in the egg batter once cool.

Take 2 hash browns flatten them and make them the base in your muffin tin. 

Add some cheese in the center 

Pour the egg mixture to 3/4th full

Sprinkle some Parmesan on top.

Bake at 350 for 20min and cool for another 20min
