Korean red pepper paste

Fish sauce
Mirin
Salt / lil
Pepper
Rice vinegar 
Marinate the chicken thighs for 10ish minutes. And pan fry for 3-5minutes. Then cook the remaining in the oven at 375 for 3-4 minutes. 
WEAR gloves and take out the pan from the oven. Or else you will have severely burnt fingers like I have right now 😦
