Greens Frittata

Probably the simplest frittata ever –

Sauté 
1/2 pack collar greens 
10ish mushrooms (crimini)
Beat 4 eggs with some pepper, Parmesan cheese, some feta cheese and some salt and pepper 
Add everything in a greased baking pan and layer some thick tomatoe slices on top. Add a few cheese strip to top it off. 
Bale at 400 for 30min. Enjoy!
