Chicken thighs – 4 pieces – brown the thighs in a pan to give them a head start
Bay leaf – 1
Cloves of garlic – 8-10
Zucchini – sliced
All sort of peppers – green red yellow orange
Lots of thyme
Some basil – freshly chopped
Asparagus – 4 stalks – chopped
2 cup tomatoes – diced
Black pepper
Dash of salt
Dash of chili flakes
Carrots – diced
Celery – diced
Onions – chopped
Toss it in the pot and slow cook for 7hours.
For baby food – purée and serve.
